Introduction: Simply put, my food is absolutely delicious! I cook from all foods from scratch, never processed. Even make the vanilla wafers for my banana pudding. I'm great with Cajun, Italian, Mexican, Down Home Southern, Asian Fancy, Casual, Spicy or Non-Spicy.. I'm great at creating special menus based upon client's likes and dietary needs! I'm well rounded in that, i've done catering on-site from some of the wealthiest of neighborhoods as well as drop-offs. I've prepared meal deliveries to day cares for families with little or no time too cook and/or would prefer to spend time with their children at night instead of in the kitchen. Also delivered meals to retirement communities. I've also run a lunch service at a retirement community. Everyone has always raved about my food and menus.
I love sharing my food with people and seeing them ask for more.. Never using processed foods. I enjoy challenges and cooking new menu items, and am always on the lookout for something new.

Although I have used Becky Naibert on several occasions -- for personal and company catering jobs -- one particular instance stands out. Over a 3-month period she provided personal, daily meal service for my husband and I while we were on a special diet due to health concerns. The daily meal service included lunch, dinner, a snack, and a dessert each day. She delivered 2-3 days worth of meals at a time; often times making 3 deliveries a week. She counted the calories, research and printed each meal's nutrient information, measured and weighed the portions, and seasoned everything to exact specifications. She packaged the meals and labeled them by the date they were to be consumed, and provided heating and/or serving instructions. It was very well thought out, and the organization was impressive. In addition to all that, and most importantly, the food quality was outstanding.

Wonderful food, with personal attention paid to specific likes/dislikes, wants and needs. Would highly recommend Becky's Kitchen!
