- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A project could cost as little as consulting for $75 to meet and discuss vision. If pictures are sent in advance and I bring actual ideas about the home the consult is $120 and up based on distance. From that meeting they leave with fresh ideas. From that meeting they make a decision how involved they want me to be. I can be very hands on or more of a consultant and information role. Project management is based on size of project and details ave. $300-1200. Because I love what I do my pricing is based on the project and the distance I travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meeting of the minds preferably in person but it can also be on the phone or email. I have to know their goal and vision so I can tell them how to bring it to life. I can also take the reigns and make the project happen for customers who need that. I suggest pictures are sent in advance of consultation so I can bring actual ideas based on your home.
