- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have standard pricing for my show packages, sometimes special requests are made though and pricing is adjusted when needed. Please contact me for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making initial contact and finding out what the customer wants or needs, I propose the party packages that I think will fit best with their needs, when we agree on one of the packages, I send a performance agreement and a booking fee request for half of the cost of the show, the day before I call to confirm the booking to check for last minute changes and and on the day of the event I arrive 20 minutes prior to show time to set up my program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are no formal certifications or training required to become a professional magician, but, testimonials from past clients, time on the job, years in business and the experience that comes from it are all very good metrics for the potential customer to feel confident about the magician and his expertise.
