I do not have hourly rates. All pricing is fixed and upfront, no surprises here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen first and offer a solution to the problem. I will offer options if such options are available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Had to go through some basic training for licensing purposes, have seen quite a few things over the years that they don't teach you.
