Mike was so helpful and professional. Mike is now our guy and we will happily have him back every few months to clean any new damage from the dogs. 20 year old off white carpet looks beautiful. Amazing and affordable! Thank you!

Professional, great communication and followed access instructions with lockbox. They were forthcoming about difficult stain removal in closet. Tried their best but was not able to remove spot stain. All other areas carpet looked new. Cleaned 4 rooms for $120 and Easy transaction. Will use again in the near future.

We've used several carpet cleaning services in the past. This was our first time to try Lasting Image. And it's the last time we'll ever look for someone else. These folks are GREAT. They are everything you'd want in a carpet cleaning service. I can't rate them highly enough. Professional. Punctual. Reasonable pricing. Thorough. If there was a way to rate them 10 out of 5 stars, I would. We will DEFINITELY be using them again, and again, and again. If you want your carpets cleaned, THESE are the people to hire.

Scheduled on a very short notice as my other appointment backed out last minute and i was panicking big time .. contacted a few companies last min got the best and fastest response from them .. it was an extremely pleasant experience with them from scheduling to service, the quality of work and pricing (quoted me lower than my orig appointment) ! Also the rep was extremely polite and very through did not cut corners at all as most others do at the time of service after giving an online quote . They saved the day for me! Would definitely reach out to them again for any floor cleaning needs.
