Introduction: I have 14 years experience being a licensed massage therapist since October 2004. Each massage I provide is customized to your specific needs. I use a variety of modalities, ranging from Swedish, Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy Massage Reflexology, Reiki and Hot Stone. I find it very rewarding to be able to help ease the pain that people suffer from and to help them when they are stressed out with the calming effect that massage therapy provides. I have helped people suffering from fibromyalgia, chronic neck pain, and frozen shoulder, to name a few.

On the advice of my doctor I sought Janet's help in the treatment of a frozen shoulder. Janet's knowledge and incredible skills as a LMT helped me quickly reverse the frozen shoulder, and enabled me to continue working relatively pain free for years. I am absolutely convinced that, without her help, I would have had to give up my profession. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from muscle pain, stiffness and/or knots. The difference she has made in restoring quality of life is simply amazing.

Janet is hands down the best massage therapist I have seen. She's working miracles on my shoulder which has been injured for nine years. In just two sessions I have less pain and more mobility. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

I do a full 30 min, 60 min and 90 min customized massage service for each of my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have every new client fill out a questionnaire so I can access what ails them and figure out what the best course of action would be to provide the best car possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education to keep my self abreast of the latest techniques and scientific studies.
