- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job and each customer is different. There is not a standard price because we do so many different types of jobs. We are in the business of helping people when they need it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to greet and learn a little about the customer. Then to get a full understanding of what the customer is expecting to be done. Also present ideas to see if they may not be aware of certain options. After the final decision has been made on the project, we will still verify the customer is happy throughout the project to make any adjustments as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do a wide variety of services. The cleaning, organizing and home care started when my wife worked for a hospice company and saw how many people were in need of daily help in their home. I am a lead installer for cabinetry work and home remodeling. We do volunteer work for the elderly in need and we have now dedicated our lives to helping others. We charge fair prices because everyone needs a break once in a while.
