FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can give you a rough estimate on pricing if an inspiration photo is sent to us. The more specific with dimensions, materials, and finishes, the more accurate the quote will be. Please allow 1-2 business days for the quote to get back to you. You can request a free quote on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
DESIGNING YOUR PRODUCT: All quotes are free! We work with you to create the design, dimensions, materials, stains/finishes, and any other specific element you would like to include. If you have a specific product in mind, you can send us inspiration photos. If needed, we will visit the space where the product will be used (home, office, restaurant, etc.) to take exact measurements, free of charge, if you live within 100 miles of Pleasant Grove, UT. WE CHARGE HALF-DOWN BEFORE BUILDING: Once the details of a product are complete, we charge half-down of the full price of the product before we start building. This is used to cover the materials needed to build your product. BUILDING YOUR PRODUCT: Depending on the product, it can take 1-3 weeks to build. For example, a dining table may take about 1 week to build, whereas a vendor cart may take about 3 weeks. Our schedule determines if we are able to start immediately on your product, or within the next 1-2 weeks. PRODUCT COMPLETION: We will notify you through either email or phone that your product has been completed and work out a time that works for you when a product can be delivered/picked-up. DELIVERY/PICK-UP: We can deliver it to your space for a $25 flat delivery fee if you live within the 100 mile radius of Pleasant Grove, UT. You can waive this fee by picking up the product at the shop. If you live outside of the 100 mile radius of Pleasant Grove, UT., we will charge either a shipping fee or delivery fee that is specific to your location. SHIPPING: If shipping your product is less than the $25 flat delivery fee, we will ship your product.
