- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay competitive with the area I work in. Always checking with other salons to make sure I am not over charging. If you follow my IG (@hairbyrosie) or follow my Facebook (Facebook.com/hairbyrosienoyce) occasionally I will post a special or deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, before they come in I like them to send me a text/email with a picture of their current hair and a picture of what they want to achieve. I give a detailed response back explaining the steps needed to get there and a more accurate quote on pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Often times the brands I work with offer classes in new products or continued education on processes.
