Introduction: My Dad started my interest in remodeling and fixing things. Over 40 years ago. He also told me, if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. Not in a rush and poor workmanship. I will not ask to be paid until you are 100% happy with the work I've done. I take personal pride in telling someone,"thats my work." I believe expectations are what makes a job hard or easy. So i will have you give me your expectations. And we will be very clear on what you want done and what my role in that is. All clear and all on paper so we can have a stress free experience. I love before and after photos. The self satisfaction of putting new life in old things. Seeing the character come together in a plan. The cool personal touches everyone puts into the ideas about what they want to see as a end result.
