- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. There are different levels of services. It really depends on your job requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the customers' needs. We've worked with local clients as well as clients from out of state. We can start off with a phone conversation of your need and then if we are in agreement, we take the next step. If you live locally, we come to your home to put a plan in place and start the actual work. We have also done jobs, where we get the ball rolling with texting pictures of your rooms, we shop for you and we go back and forth from there. Then at the appropriate time we make our way to your place to put your new look in place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our decorators have college degrees and some have been designing places and spaces for many years and just have a natural talent for decorating.
