You would be making a mistake to not work with Henry and Ridgecrest Designs team. From the day we opened our front door to meet Ridgrest at the interview to the very last day when their trailer pulled out of our driveway, we have not one compliant. Henry, the core founder, is a uniquely talented, highly skilled individual that literally can design and fix anything. It is clear he has built a team around his own personal values, passionate in work they do, a drive to want to help others and strive for an end result of being different than "the rest." They really notice "every" little detail. HIGHLY recommended and strongly recommend you hurry as most likely he will have his own TV show someday, he is that skilled and talented ! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our design fees are $150.00 per hour, and construction cost varies depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start with a consultation meeting at the potential client's home to see if we would be a good fit. If hired, we come back to measure the space and get a retainer for our design services. After the designs are complete, we present to the client and they will receive a fully-completed design package which will include renders, floor plans, elevations, and specifications of everything in their project. We will give them a bid and the client will then decide if they would like to hire us for construction or use the design package to get other bids.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?15+ years of construction experience from new construction to home remodels. Our lead designer has Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from San Jose State University as well as experience in residential and commercial design.
