- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home is priced based off the sq ft of the home, how many rooms you would like staged, and if you will be using any of your own furniture or if the home is vacant. Upon approval, staging is a 45 day contract. If the home is sold before the 45 days, it is not pro rated. Full payment will be due before or on the day of the staging. Clients may choose to continue staging beyond 45 days. An additional charge of 50% of the original price will be applied for each month continued.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically what we like to do is come to the home, take pictures of each room that will be staged, and get a better idea of what the client is looking for and wanting. Once that is complete, we will send over an estimate for approval.
