He also has elevated the food truck game by winning best food truck in New England, best food truck Cape cod and Newport, best taco, best sandwich in a battle between New York versus Boston food trucks.
He is also the host of two tv shows, Dangerous Eats and Food Truck Chronicles. He has collaborated with the cast from Cobra Kai in a movie soon to be released.
He is also the chef of The Hannon Foundation as well as Feed the First Responders across South Shore and South Coast among many other organizations.

We had Stephen out to do a work event for over 150 people! He helped me set up the event in a week and also brought his A-game and delivered delicious food! If you need someone to serve up some delicious food and make working with a vendor a breeze this your guy!!

Chef Coe and his team at Defined Palate went above and beyond to deliver the most delicious, and original meal we’ve ever experienced from a private chef/catering company. Our guests raved about Chef’s pork belly street tacos and smoked chocolate cake for days after the event. From start to finish, Chef Coe was professional, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Defined Palate and Chef Coe truly made our 40th celebration fun and memorable.

My fiance and I had Steve come to our home to teach us some cooking skills while making a full course meal. He was prompt, and brought all the cooking supplies needed! His sense of humor, enthusiasm and energy made this experience a ton of fun. His cooking skills and creativity with the menu was on point. All the food was absolutely delicious. We cannot wait to have him over again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Outstanding private chef. He was diligent with my dietary preferences and went over and above to make sure everything was perfect. My friends and family still talk about him and his food. He is also a 4x Chopped Champion, he beat Bobby Flay and donates his food and time to feeding all first responders.
