- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a fair pricing policy; however, due to the broad nature of HVAC options there is no real "standard pricing". Every home is unique and every solution is predicated on the client's needs and wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a thorough presentation and in-home inspection to insure that the proper products are being offered and installed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years experience in HVAC and have been in excess of 10,000 homes as a representative of Sears.
