What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the lowest price for alarm monitoring in the State of Kansas. Our service calls, installation and inspections are free. If you ever need new parts, we do not mark up our prices. What we pay is what you pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at their home or place of business. Do a complete inspection of the property to see what equipment they have or need. Then I write up an estimate and email or drop it off at their location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees are NICET certified in fire alarm systems. We also go to training every quarter to ensure we keep up to date with any new technology.
