FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer is different and all fees and costs are best discussed at our first meeting. Since I am only taking the information you provide and preparing your documents and cannot provide legal advice or attend any Court hearings, the cost is typically half of what an attorney would charge (not including any filing fees) Please understand that an attorney is always recommended, however, if the customer's needs are relatively simple and affordability is of concern it is possible to represent yourself and be successful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief telephone conference at no charge to understand the ultimate objectives of each client. A more in depth in person meeting to go over the process, the documents which are required, any steps necessary prior to filing and to answer any questions. At the first meeting a contract to provide services which outlines all fees and costs will be presented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20+ years experience helping people out of difficult time whether through through the bankruptcy process or divorce. I have filed 1000s of cases over the course of my career.
