Introduction: Hello my name is Osmany Alvarez, resident in Fort Lauderdale FL for the past 26 years, my Journey began way before I was introduced to HVAC. I was born in Havana Cuba in 1988, but soon my life changed in 1994 when my mother decided for the best of us to take an opportunity of a life time to jump on a boat with 70 other people not knowing the consequences to make it to United States. Where years later I started working at the age of 14 as a part time at the Fort Lauderdale water taxi manufacturing warehouse, where my labor knowledge, responsibility, and experience started. Soon after high school in 2006 thanks to my father I was able to expand my knowledge to the next level and started working for Mastic Technology, Atlas TMS & Gerelco as a street lighting, traffic signal, signs installer and heavy machinery operator. Until 2013 when I was introduced to HVAC thanks to my cousin Asiel from prime time cooling where I started my HVAC journey.
