The worst possible thing happened! My USB filled with years of teaching Kindergarten was damaged severely on my way to school. Not only did the UBS casing crack, but the actual drive was bare down to the wires (which were extremely hot to touch)! Desperate for my data, I searched Thumbtack for someone who could help me. Bryan was to first to respond, and promptly set an appointment for later that evening. Bryan showed up, and was very professional. He worked on the USB drive, and soon realized that it needed more than what he had with him this day. He made arrangements to stop by my school the next morning to pick up the drive, and explained that he will take it to his shop to work on that day. Early that afternoon Bryan contacted me to let me know that all my data had been recovered! YEAH!! We met that evening, and I could not be more pleased. THANK YOU so much for everything!!
