SGT Accounting Services

Introduction: My name is Susana Toepfert. I would like to introduce my services to your company. I am an accountant, currently working for a S Corporation as a comptroller/accountant from 9 am to 3 pm, so I am available after hours. I provide accounting services as independent contractor from home office or at client's office. Available hours are Monday-Friday afternoon after 3:30 pm, evenings and weekends. Minimum rate required $40.00/hr accounting/bookkeeping services and $75.00/hr for tax services. Please let me know if I can help you with your accounting needs. I am able to have all work done without having to be at your office. For instance, with my current clients, I communicate via email or telephone for any question or request that comes up. I meet with then every other week to update their financial status and discuss any issues that need to be taken care. As you can see, you can still maintain your budget yearly and have a professional taking care of your financial reporting. I would be available any day of the week after 3:30 pm, to meet with you and discuss the possibility of us work together and get started.
