- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’d like customers to know that my fees are ALWAYS NEGOTIABLE! Especially depending on the frequency
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce myself, and do a walk-through with the customer if they are available, see if they have any special requests in terms of products, special way of cleaning certain things in their home, and whether or not they want to use their cleaning supplies or my cleaning supplies.
