I was in a major car accident two years ago and I was very fortunate to be referred by a friend to the law offices of Andrew G. Rosenberg for legal representation. I had never been involved in any type of litigation until this accident. I was nervous and naive about the process. My intention going into this was never to be vindictive towards the other driver that caused the accident nor towards his insurance company. All I asked was to be compensated fairly and have all my medical treatment due to the accident covered. Andrew Rosenberg and his team were awesome on this!!! He made sure I understood the entire process and answered all of my questions. If I emailed or called his office, they responded promptly. They never once made me feel that I had “dumb” questions and never felt “rushed” when we met in person, Mr. Rosenberg would take all the time I felt I needed to understand where the case currently was at that time. Every step of the process was explained honestly and in detail. I hope to never have to go through anything like this again, but if I do, your firm will be the first to call. I have expressed to family and friends that The Law Offices of Andrew G. Rosenberg is definitely the law firm they should call if the need arises. Thank you sincerely for being there when I needed legal guidance.Jul 23, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? As a personal injury attorney, I work on a contingency fee basis and do not get paid unless our office is able to get the client money in a settlement or court proceeding. The contingency fee percentage is governed by the Florida Bar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I personally try to always meet with the client face-to-face so that I can understand the situation better and we can complete the necessary paperwork for my office to represent them in their personal injury case. Once my office is officially representing the client, then my staff works on all paperwork to make sure the "process" moves smoothly. As always, I am available to the client for meetings and/or telephone calls. Additionally, I want the client to understand that they will meet with me, the attorney, whenever needed.....not a secretary or paralegal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My law degree is from Stetson University College of Law. My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University School of Business.
