RUN AWAY from Aspect Properties!
Aspect has managed my duplex for the past 2 years and it has been a horrible experience. The first tenant they placed just left and broke their lease after 6 months. Then the 2nd tenant that they placed had to be evicted after 6 months!
I paid them 3 months ago for repairs that have still not been completed - even though the unit has been sitting vacant for the past 2 months.
I have several rental properties all over the US, and have NEVER had this bad of problems with a property management company ever before!
I don't know if they just don't care, or if their team is incompetent. Obviously they aren't really managing my property at all.
I hired Beal Properties to replace Aspect, and Beal had the repairs done within a week!
I only wish I would have cancelled with Aspect sooner!

As we have told you previously, we apologize that our contractors could not get you pricing that you would approve. You were sent multiple quotes.
As to the new company, we hope they pulled the necessary permits and had the property re-inspected by the city, because our discussions with the city were that it was going to take much longer than a week to get the inspection set.
With that, we wish you well in your endeavors.
We will not, however, attack your person or businesses, because you, like us, have families to feed.
