- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of our services have set pricing while others require visual inspection and assessment to give an accurate, free, no obligation bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Under most circumstances a mutually agreed upon appointment will be arranged and a free, no obligation bid will be given. In many instances, should the bid be accepted, the work can be completed the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken all of the required classes necessary to receive and maintain my master plumbing license as well as yearly continuing education classes. I currently have over 17 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
