Phil responded quickly. I have a Mitsubishi unit that was leaking water and because I thought it was to close to the electrical box I called Phil. Phil checked the unit and assured me that it was not a hazard. The excessive leaking was below the electrical box. He indicated that it was an easy repair. I thought he was professional and explained everything. I will be calling him to have them repair the problem.

My 55 year old Fedders gas furnace was not giving off enough heat. I contacted several companies and they all said it couldn’t be repaired. I went with P&M Mechanical. Phil came out on November 26, 2019 and gave me a great estimate. They were prompt and got back to my calls right away. They came the next day on November 27 at 8:30AM and by 12:30pm was finished installing a brand new furnace and air conditioner, as I have central air and heating.

Very honest. Told me that although the system was making a rattling noise, it was working fine and did not need repairs. Said the system would probably last for years. He could have told me it needed replacing and charged me for something, but didn't. Will use P & M again and would highly recommend!
