- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are many plans and options available. The more programs you enroll in the greater the discount. Quotes are set at $1 to avoid misleading the consumer with an inaccurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customer calls and expresses interest. Customer meets with Clare for a FREE 1 hour consultation to determine a plan. Pricing is explained at the end of this. Customer enrolls in the program that best suits them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. As a certified athletic trainer I am very familiar with athletic injuries and knowledgeable in preventative tactics that I employ through the teachings of personal training.
