Lenny responded instantly and arrived punctually the same day (on a Sunday) to address the cylinder issue on one of my entry doors. He was a great guy very punctual - did very nice work. Price was a bit on the high side had two door knobs replaced, deadbolt , door keypad reprogrammed, lock cylinder replace, 4 keys made. He synced all the locks up for 1 key. $866 total. I should have negotiated or asked for a price up front and not wait until the bill at the end. Lesson learned for future. So I can’t fault him for that.
