Let me first start off by saying what a wonderful job Kim and her parents did. This was one of the first weddings I worked with Kim and her team. Just to make sure the bride was at ease we both showed up five hours before the wedding even started just to make sure everything went smoothly. And not charging for those hours. I go out of my way for my brides and show up for rehearsal but since my dad passed away before the wedding his funeral was the day before I wasn't able to attend. Kim met with me before his services just to make sure we were both in the right track. The only thing that got pushed back was due to the Bartender serving alcohol before the ceremony and was over serving. That should have been told when hiring the Bartender not to serve until cocktail hour. That was probably the only hiccup. Things got pushed a little back to make sure the monther in law didn't miss the first dance. Everything was announced and I couldn't believe Kim went out of her was to make sure everything was disposed properly and made sure the venue was cleaned before leaving and it wasn't in her contract nor received paent for cleaning. The bride didn't have to worry since she was in good hands with Kim. Kim and myself made sure during the event the Bride and groom were happy. With that being said Kim is by far the best wedding coordinators I have work with. Since I have been djing for five years and dealt with many coordinators and end up coordinating the event myself. She made sure I was able to just Dj-ing and make sure the night with smoothly. Plus it's nice change to see another vendor use family members as a team since they make sure they meet your expectations and it's more personable. I hope to work with Kim at other events in the future.

She was good at the beginning that I had to hire here 2 weeks prior to the wedding. She definitely seemed like she was on the ball of things but then when it came to wedding day it was a disaster. She had her mom there to help, which I don't think is professional especially when they have no clue on what they are doing! I didn't get ready until one hour prior to the start of the wedding because I had to help figure out things and tell her everything that was told and written out for her again! I didn't see her most of the night of the wedding as I could enjoy it because I had to make a liquor run, (when she was told to not allow anyone to drink before cocktail hour and definitely not before or during the ceremony) it was suppose to be blocked off so no one could enter. That didn't happen, most people were drinking and some were drunk! half of the things that were suppose to be set up weren't, had to have my mother in law do it. What was the point of a time line, if she didn't follow it,... nothing was announced, nothing was planned the way it was suppose too, things were getting changed minutes before, nothing was set up correctly. Cake cutting wasn't announced there for family didn't know we cut the cake, she left right after the send off which I got everyone together for and people were taking liquor.... I didn't see her after that at all as I was tryin to pack everything up by myself in my wedding dress that ended up getting ran over and ripped..... Her mother gave my husbands car keys to someone other than me or him.... they were lost at the end of the night...... I wouldn't waste your money on someone that isn't gonna do their job, or be there for you I paid her $400.00 for nothing. I planned my wedding alone and did her job the wedding day.... it was pointless to have her there at all. I really wish I could get a refund but it is what it is... if your looking for a wedding planner definitely invest a good portion of your budget in one.

VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!!!! I hired Kim and her staff to help me with my wedding at the very last minute due to my original Cordinator having a family emergency. Which a lot of professionals would not take on. And they wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg! She took on the Job like she had been with me throughout the entire time and only charge me a small amount. She was available whenever I needed her and never complained one bit. She was very prompt The day of the wedding and for the rehearsal dinner. She took charge of the situation when my cousin wanted to change a few things, thank god!! I don't think I honestly could have done this without her and her staff's assistance. They obviously have done this multiple times because everything was on schedule, it looked beautiful and I felt like a princess! she brought her mother and father with her, which I thought was pretty cool because my family and I are close just like hers. All three of them did an outstanding job at cleaning up after the ceremony and reception. They went over and beyond with making me happy and making sure that I did not lift a finger the entire day! I will never ever forget my wedding day thanks entirely to her and her staff! If your looking for a wedding coordinator she is a MUST HAVE!!!

My pricing system is based on what the customer wants and needs. I am a true believer in quality and affordable pricing when it comes to planning any type of event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning, coordinating and executing events for over 15 years. Starting out with high school proms and am now doing anything from events for the City of Daytona Beach, bike week, weddings, Bar mitzvahs, concerts, baby showers and even bachelorette\bachelor parties.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out doing events when I was 16 years old planning, coordinating and executing my high school prom. I fell in love with the end result and how it made people feel. There's nothing more important to myself and my staff then seeing our clients happy and having an unforgettable time.
