- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base price for different sizes of homes, however, it all varies due to what each person would like done and the specifics of their own home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my customer's to go over what they would like completed in their homes that way I can tailor a cleaning schedule to fit their exact needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first job was cleaning hotel rooms when I was 12 years old and have worked in the same line of business for many years after that. I have 2 children so I am always cleaning up after them and keeping my residence clean for them. I service several condo's in Ponce Inlet and Daytona Beach Shores at this time. I have also worked as a Reservation Manager at a time share resort and a dispatcher for the police; needless to say customer service is like second nature to me.
