- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is for sessions. Clients usually choose from 8 sessions (2x a week) or 12 sessions (3x a week) depending on how often their schedules work. The 1st session is deducted from the total if they choose a package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with getting to know the client. I feel as though we will become friends over a period of time so it helps to find out more about them. Previous injuries, pains and aches, illnesses are disclosed so I can get a better feel for the program I design. What the customer wants is first priority to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a certification from NASM for personal training and in fitness nutrition.
