- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically bill hourly but it also depends on the needs of my customer and the job at hand. Sometimes hourly billing is not applicable depending on the scope of work. I'm flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with an email introduction typically such as it is on Thumbtack. I always make my phone number available to the client. After our initial phone consultation further documentation and or information is provided by both parties as to the details of the job, company information, as well as payment requirements, background checks, etc...... Each client is treated individually as clients requirements always tend to differ somewhat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of job training in my field and continuing education accreditation in accounting and bookkeeping. I've been doing this type of work for approx. 35 years now.
