- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great discounts that can be found on our website. We also offer incredibly competitive pricing for the highest quality service. As the largest and oldest local provider, with ~35 employees, we are able to provide excellent service without charging the customer for overhead that national companies charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of work, we will send an inspector to evaluate the services required to take care of the customer's needs. We provide warranties for many of the types of work that we do. No matter the service, the customer's satisfaction is central to everything that we do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go way beyond the mandatory state requirements for employee training, offering organized and instructive training regularly to all of our employees throughout the year. We know that better trained technicians provided better service.
