Introduction: I have been pressure cleaning for over 8 years. Throughout that time I have come across many obstacles in which I have conquered. All these were learning experiences in which has made me better at what I do. I take my work seriously and since I put my name to my business it's only natural that I'd want a good reputation by means of quality based work. Angie's List speaks for me. Update: I was awarded the Angie's List Super Service of 2017! Pressure cleaning is a great way to spend time outside (since doing so inside would destroy your house). The communication that comes in my line of work is great since you can work with the customer one on one without the middle man being involved while trying to understand the situation. Plus the freedom of working at your own pace for the best quality of work is also what I love about my job.

Pete communicated every step of the way and did an excellent job. we had our entire house, fence, driveway and sidewalk powerwashed and they look amazing. Wow what a difference! Pete even gave us advice on how to slow down the algea on the fence. I hope he stays in business for years to come because we will call on him again for sure Description of Work: Our vinyl fence was covered in dirt and algae and we wanted the house, driveway and sidwalk cleaned up before putting our holiday lights and decorations up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by square feet. Depending on the condition of the property, the price can vary. As for cleaning gutters, the price is per linear foot. All my coupons are currently on Angie's List (which it is now free to join) and that can be used by anyone if they have it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give an estimate, find a price to agree on, schedule a time, do the job, give the invoice and get paid. Simple!
