Introduction: When it comes to healthy, simple food, I'm the person to contact with. If you really don't care about what you eat, I'm the person to contact with, too. Whatever service you want me to serve you, I'm here for you. I work in a senior living community. We take good care of our clients, especially when it comes to their food. I enjoyed cooking food for those who appreciated my work. Feeding you with proper nutrients and proper food meal plan is my goal. If you have a special occasion like a family gathering or friends over night chat dinner, name it, I can cater to you the way you wanted. Whether it's family-style buffet, plated food or just simple canapes bites, I'm your go-to chef, but first, let me introduce myself. I graduated at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines, and I am currently working and pursuing my experience here in the United States and eager to work in a prestigious and well-known organization in the culinary and F&B department. I enjoy cooking and learning new culinary skills. Though most of my experience is in grillardin, garde manger, cold prep, soups and sauces, I also enjoy baking and pastry arts. Through my training and work experience, I have learned general restaurant operations and have been part of different kitchen brigade and cocktail services as well. A chef must think like a scientist,organize like an accountant, inspire and motivate like a warrior, move like a rock star, plate like an artist and cook like a grandma. That's what i enjoy about my job.
