My standards are high, Lloyd's Management has and continues to exceed my expectations! My experience with a previous property management company was not only miserable, but also cost me hundreds of dollars more! Birte ensures that my vacation home is kept in an immaculate condition while I am not there and goes out of her way to get things done. She is always available when I have questions or would like to get upgrades done at my house. Communication is key for me since I am not there most of the year; 24/7 availability, trustworthiness, and easy online access to all my statements are extremely important to me. I am a client for life and will never look back. I highly recommend working with Lloyd's, Birte and her team of highly professional contractors will be my only choice for my properties!
