Chris Melton has a very good work ethic. We started doing business June 2017 and I hope that we will continue for a very long time.
He is always ready to help with other tasks, moving a pot, putting down fertilizer, etc. He even put up my shutters when Hurricane Irma was on the way.
There is only one issue. One he gets focused in his routine and has to be reminded to do the other thing he agreed to...except for the hurricane shutters, he did not forget that job. When reminded he good naturedly apologizes and does it. I think he takes on too much because he wants to do a great job. Negative or positive, you decide.
In my mind intention and what you do and how you do it is important.
