This was the first time I left my Havanese, Paloma with a sitter. I was a little apprehensive as I did not know how Paloma would react. But I was totally delighted with Kiana!! Paloma was very happy ( I could tell by all the pictures she sent my every day!) and I was able to enjoy my time out of town. She even stayed with her, per my request. Kiana is responsible, loving and truly enjoys taking care of the pets she sits for. Kiana will always be the person I call if I need a sitter for my Paloma and I highly recommend her!!

If your looking for the perfect sitter for your 4 legged family Kiana is your go to person. She is reliable, dependable and great with our pets. We have used her several times. We have a very "special dog" with abandonment issues and she was able to gain her trust and provide us with constant communication with texts, pictures to help the separation anxiety.

I have had Kiana stay with my fur baby on several occasions and would not hesitate to have her stay again and I plan on doing so. She is efficient and responsible I get updates and my home is always the way I left it when I return. Myla loves it when Kiana stays with her.

As a petsitter myself, I want to make sure my fur baby is well taken care of when I go on vacation. I highly recommend Kiana! Not only does she do a good job with Ringo, the house was clean and the sheets/towels were washed when we returned home! A JIB WELL DONE!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact I ask what the customer is looking for in terms of services, whether daily visits, twice a day or overnights. then I ask what type of pet, after that I try to schedule a meet and greet where the pet parent can meet me and a member of my staff that fits their needs and we get to meet their pet so they can know us and get used to our smell.
