- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact I ask what the customer is looking for in terms of services, whether daily visits, twice a day or overnights. then I ask what type of pet, after that I try to schedule a meet and greet where the pet parent can meet me and a member of my staff that fits their needs and we get to meet their pet so they can know us and get used to our smell.
