First, I will start with the overall clean was good. The last renters left it in horrible condition and they did a great job. Secondly, the phone number on the profile is disconnected; that was odd. Two of the three references supplied didn't respond or had disconnected numbers as well. The only reference that responded shared the same last name. Lastly, getting them to the house proved untimely. It took quite a bit of coordination and follow-up by me. It was much later than what was planned; but it did get done.

I was raised well and taught to be and stay clean. Also, I know quite a bit when it comes to remodeling a home. Inside and out.
