What I appreciated most about Kacie was how cognizant she was of the bride's needs not only for the wedding but also for self-care. She was ready and willing to grab water to make sure the bride stayed hydrated, ice packs to help the bride cool down, and share words of encouragement and reassurance to help the bride feel calm in the midst of the craziness. Kacie was also supportive of the bridesmaids and did everything she could to help with tasks whenever the bridesmaids were too scattered or busy. It did not matter how random a task, she often had just what you needed in her bag like the Mary Poppins of weddings. Kacie was a strong force of support during a very high-energy and emotional day, and I cannot think of anyone else I would rather have help me on my wedding day.

Kacie was wonderfully warm and relentlessly positive, all while planning for all possible wedding day hiccups. She came prepared with emergency kits for wardrobe malfunctions, first aid and pain relief, as well as fun pick-me-up treats and snacks! It was an absolute joy to have her helping at my friend's wedding, she absolutely saved our collective butts. :)

Every wedding needs a Kacie. That became my mantra after I saw what she could do. She preempted every possible need or desire I could have on my wedding day (and in the days leading up to it) and was ready. Dress tears hours before the ceremony? Placecards printed wrong and need to be replaced last minute? Relatives driving you crazy? Feet hurt at the reception? Weather not cooperating and you suddenly need to change all plans on the big day? Having a seizure moments before walking down the aisle? Kacie covered all of that and more for me while keeping me in a state of calm bliss. I don't know how she did it but I'm so lucky she did.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and get a good feel for the bride and groom. I want to know their vision. What they hope for and what they're worried about. I find out how to make that plan a reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year of hospitality training, 3 years hotel experience, and an online wedding planning certificate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with helping friends weddings run smoothly. I started with planning my own wedding.
