- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a really informal, fun chat. We want to get to know more about you before we do anything. If we're to move forward, we're partners after all. We take time to learn about the business, the customers, the vision, and the goals that we're about to set out and achieve. Once we know the story, we can research to find the best opportunities and come up with ideas to help you achieve your marketing and business objectives. Once the plan we put together is approved, we execute the strategy and manage the optimization to make sure we're meeting all the benchmarks and moving our your business forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked for some of the country's largest media companies giving us the insider know-how of audience data and media metrics. We are consistently attending seminars, workshops, and training to better understand the ever evolving media and consumer landscape. And speaking of education, Chris Marine (owner) is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor in the media department at The University of Southern Maine. No better way to learn than from the next generation of marketers and entrepreneurs!
