I've been a carpenter for 12 years. I'm very versatile in any types of construction and landscaping or moving. I am efficient, careful, and very precise about any tasks. You'll have my very best if you use me for any project. There's no job too small or big that I won't be able to handle for you.
Currently, I don't have a vehicle, but if you don't mind me arranging to have my tools dropped off and picked up, I won't have any problems getting to you.
I do charge a $40 show-up fee and an hour rate with a minimum of two-hour charge to be guaranteed over the phone.
I'm very honest and courteous, only treating others the way I want to be treated.

I had an old garage circa 1906 with dirt floor, old broken swinging front door and two tiny windows.it was all falling down but I wanted to save it. Josh put in a new floor in wood, leaded glass doors in front and rear( pairs of them), and four new huge windows. Now it is a rental space for office or living. It looks stunning!
