- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my current rates are listed below (and on my website): dog walking 15 minutes: $15 30 minutes: $22 45 minutes: $30 60 minutes: $35 Vacation care (dogs) 1-2 dogs/cats: $75/day (Min. 12 hours starting by 8pm) Add mid day dog walk for just $20 Cat sitting 15 minutes: $15 30 minutes: $22 45 minutes: $30 60 minutes: $35
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin all my relationships with potential clients with a short meet and greet where I ask them questions about their pet(s) and I encourage them to ask me any questions they have about me or my business. I believe open, honest communication is the foundation of a solid relationship (personal and professional). I try to gather as much information about the pet(s) including: allergies, temperament, any medical issues etc
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self trained dog whisper. I have found through experience that dogs need daily exercise and affection to lead healthy, happy lives. I have spent countless hours working with cats and dogs and learning about body language and positive training methods.
