- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a hybrid approach, we have packages that clients can subscribe to or we can build out a custom quote tailored specifically to the client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The normal process when working with a new customer is to call, text, and/or email about what the client is wanting to have done. Always making sure that we are on the same level of understanding. Once the project has been agreed on, I send over a simple contract for the client to sign. From there on out, it's just a matter of time until completion!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with other entrepreneurs, local contractors, individual professionals, medium to large companies, and international businesses as well.
