Nicole is a great trainer. We took a cruise while she had our litter mate pups. They are so well behaved now most of the time! If they aren't it is on us for not working with them consistently. We like her training methods and commands along with her training of us. She answers questions and is patient with pups and us. Our female had taken ill during training. Nicole, took her back to catch up with her brothers training at no extra charge to make sure she accomplished what she said she would. Thank you Nicole, Rich, Niese, Shel, Bonnie and ClydeAug 14, 2018Verified
Really love working with Nicole. You can tell she really cares about your pet and will give him what he needs even when you are not there. I was really worried about handing over my dog for a 2 week training and missed him a ton, but he was in great hands. We are still working on some things, but the walks with him are so totally different I am shocked. He is a huge puller and now, not at all. We are still working with her, but already the changes that have been made in 2 weeks have really made our lives better. Would recommend her to anyone that needs help setting a good training foundation with their dogs.Jul 12, 2018Verified

I am amazed at the difference in my 130 lb Spinone. He was a normal bouncy, excited, inquisitive puppy. Which is great if you are a linebacker. Nicole took him for about 10 days and returned a much calmer, yet happy, version of himself. Her personal classes with us has produced a much more livable dog. I am truly thankful to her. We can now enjoy and have fun with him.Apr 5, 2018Verified
Nicole was fantastic in training my very challenging dog. Although it’s an ongoing process and I still have quite a bit of work to do, Nicole laid the foundation and helped me gain my dog’s respect. I really appreciated that her board and train program included 5 individual sessions with me and my dog.Dec 3, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Training is $100 per session, depending on the level of training wanted and what the issues are typically 2 to 4 sessions. They are usually about an hour and a half but I've been know to go over especially on the first session. I don't leave until I know everyone is comfortable with the training. Walking/sitting $15 for 30 minutes and $25 for an hour. Same if for a dog or cat and an extra $5 if more then two animals. Overnight stays are $60 per night. Boarding cat or dog is $30, if pick up/drop of before noon. After noon is an extra $10. $15 for pickup and drop of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to set up an FREE evaluation first, meet each other, answer some basic questions, give them a quote and let them decide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a great interest in animals and am always trying to learn more. I worked at a pet hotel for about a year and gain many skills in taking care of dogs and cats in a kennel setting. I have had many pets all my life, including dogs, cats, reptiles, small furry animals (hamsters, mice, guinea pigs), birds, saltwater and freshwater fish. I was a personal dog trainer with a company for about a year where I worked with over 30 dogs and owners. I worked with many of the popular breeds and many that were aggressive, shy, spazzy, crazy dogs and at all ages.
