- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a tiered pricing structure based on my client's needs, as well as relationships and established rates with crew members and rental houses to make sure that you get an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a client meeting or phone call. Once I understand my client's goals and parameters, I put together a plan, schedule, and budget to help them achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My major was in graphic design, and my minor was in film production. I worked as a graphic designer for the first few years of my career. My design experience still plays a role in the way that I shoot, color grade, and create motion graphics.
