The site asks for a review of my overall experience - I didn't work with Urban Hammer because he didn't contact/call me back. I ended up messaging and leaving a voicemail, and decided he wasn't interested in my project after he replied with a message to call him later. My roof is relatively simple so the project would be <$10k. Looking at the examples on his site, he's likely accustomed to larger projects. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like he does a wonderful job if you can pique interest. I'm frustrated with the lack of response but I can understand.Dec 5, 2017VerifiedShannon W.'s reply
This review is not very fair. We never connected traded calls a few times and voicemails left. I take every project as the same importance. I was never called back.
