About this pro
He came as promised to complete the first half of the job. On Monday, after repeated attempts to contact him, he texted me to say he could come Wednesday (yesterday) or today (Thursday). I said, come Wednesday. He never arrived and did not respond to repeated attempts to contact him. Last night he texted me to say he wrote the wrong date in his schedule and that he promised to arrive today to do the job. It is 10:15 local time and he is not here, nor has he responded to my attempts to contact him. Too Bad!! He did a great job on the first half of the project, a great job. Thanks for the ⭐️⭐️ enjoy your new patio 😀
Miguel did a great job painting our daughters' rooms in our new home. He put in a very long day and was quiet and respectful. His price estimate was accurate. We would definitely consider hiring him again. I did have to wait a while for him to arrive on the morning of work, though I suspect this had more to do with traffic than Miguel.Jun 8, 2018Verified
Miguel did a fabulous job in fixing my sink and disposal. He was prompt and courteous.Jun 7, 2018Verified
Miguel is highly competent across a whole range of home projects. During my recent move he did everything from furniture assembly to making my bathroom more accessible with lift bars and plumbing modifications. Very conscientious, detail-oriented. A pleasure to work with!May 22, 2018Verified
Miguel assembled a 4x6 resin shed and installed some things inside my home. He was very professional and polite and did a great job. Will hire again.Mar 25, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge depending on the job as well as what my customers budget is. I enjoy with people and helping them find solutions to what they need done as well as their budgets. This makes customers happy and that makes me happy. This is why my company name is CSW Handyman. It stands for customers, service and work. My customers are always my first priority, I take pride in all types of services I can provide my customers and I always give 1000% on the work I do. I always try to go above and beyond the expectations of the customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost I need my customers to be 100% comfortable. If my customers isn't comfortable with me I feel uneasy. I just do my best work so that when the job is done the costumers are very surprised. I like to go and look at the job and talk with the customers about their wants, needs and budget. Once I understand those aspects I am able work with them we can make a plan the I get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? The best education I have had was actually doing the work. You don't just need schooling you need years of experience. My father had his own construction company and I started working for him at 8 years old. I worked for him for 8 years. l later opened my own construction company in Mexico for 10 years before coming to the US.
