I work on-location, in my studio located in NW Portland or out of the comfort of my client’s homes. I work with you to customize your photo session unique to you and have you feeling comfortable before, during and after the session to bring out your natural beauty. Specializing in Maternity, Newborn, Children, Families & Pets. My style is Organic, Simplistic and Fun. I really enjoy meeting new people and telling their story. No two people are the same and I want the images I capture to be unique to you and your story. The images I capture are so much more than a picture. Megan is an outstanding photographer! She is able to coax my shy toddler into smiles and captures her true spirit while my daughter plays in the park, rolls in the leaves, or runs in the rain. Megan of Uniquely Wise has done photo shoots of my daughter for the last 2 years and every one has turned out amazing. I highly recommend her!

Happy to work with a photographer that is passionate about her work . Megan spent hours taking beautiful pictures of us during my pregnancy and of our newborn baby. My favorite was watching her handle our little bundle of joy and seeing her ideas come to life . Newborn shots can be challenging, but when you get a patient photographer such as Megan, somehow she still delivers results. Her goal is to make sure you the customer is completely satisfied with your experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people. Generally once you have inquired about a session, we chat over phone or email to get further details and we plan your session, date time, location and details to personalize your session. I can't wait to meet you and chat about your photo needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several on-line and in-person workshops related to newborn photography. I have been photographing professionally for 15 years. I started Uniquely Wise Photography over a year ago. Handling your little love is important and so is their safety, I will never put anyone in a compromised position.
