- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are three main areas with working with a new customer: 1. New customer is looking for a new, upgrade, or Oil or Gas Conversion at their property. We schedule a time for our Estimator to come out to the property to conduct a full assessment of the current HVAC system and recommend options. 2. Maintenance of HVAC equipment. All manufacturers recommend annual maintenance of the equipment to maintain the equipment's life and warranty. Depending on location of property we would schedule a 20 Point Tune Up on Gas Furnaces, AC, and Heat Pumps. 3. When there is something going on with your Gas Furnace, AC, or Heat Pump we would set up a Diagnostic Call. What that means is depending on where you are located we would dispatch a Service Technician to your property to Diagnosis the equipment. Once He/She figures out what is going on they can give you a flat rate of what it would take to fix it.
