- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $120 for the first 3 hours and $35/per hour after. Deep cleaning where harsh chemicals are needed is $40/Hour. You can view my rates and all of that information on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer for you to give me a call or an email whichever works best for you. We can talk about your cleaning needs and make an appointment for me to come out and either look at the place or start the cleaning. It all depends on your timeline and what you are comfortable with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the business at a very young age. I used to go to work with my mom on days off from school. I knew I wanted to work for personal clients right out of college in 2006. I have been doing this for 12 years. Due to my experience level I am able to work quickly and also get the job done perfectly. I have an eye for the smallest amount of dust and I think its important to work your way from the top down. I make sure to get the bottom of cabinets, toilets and the legs of tables and chairs. Floors are also very important and I make sure to go over them a couple of times to get all of the dirt we bring in with our feet. Check out examples of my work on my thumbtack profile or my website.
